Hello everyone!

My name is Jen Russell.

My husband, Adam Russell, one of the founders of the podcast Gundam has unfortunately fallen ill starting on 1/10/2026.

He made his way to the ER to get checked out for a prolonged cough he had since November and unfortunately it was only the beginnings of a battle that he will be fighting for some time.

Initially diagnosed with Hypoxia, it has since developed into a hypertensive emergency, congestive heart failure, respiratory failure and other significant debilitating conditions.

Adam has a long road to recovery ahead and he and I are going to need financial assistance.

While he has short term disability, it is only 70% of what he makes and to top it off, there are a lot of unexpected medical expenses that we will also be facing in the future.

As of the creation of this gofundme on 1/22/2026, he is currently still in the ICU and while he is no longer on a ventilator, the transition from oxygen is going to be a slow process.

I will be providing updates as often as possible and if you are already friends of either he or I on Facebook that will be updated most often.
