Support Adam Reid's Farewell to His Father

Dear family, friends and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my father Dirk Reid. He was a very reserved, minimalist type of man who loved his guitar and his bible. He raised me to be the man I am today and I have so many great memories of him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but especially me, his only son.

As I come to terms with my dad’s passing, my wife Candice & I are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. We want to give him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserved, but unfortunately, the financial burden of cremation expenses is overwhelming for our family during this already challenging time.

We are reaching out to our community for support in honoring Dirk’s memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain and allow us to focus on remembering him while we arrange the final details of his resting place.

Funds raised will go towards specific expenses, such as mortuary fees, final cremation costs, transportation getting to a from California to collect sentimental items from his apartment & get his remains while I'm there, memorial arrangements, etc. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in ensuring that my dad is laid to rest with the dignity and respect he deserves.
