Our family has decided to start a Go Fund me for “our hero” Adam Lewis.

2 1/2 years ago our beloved Adam Lewis was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Needless to say the past 2 1/2 years have been traumatic and very painful for all of us.

During this journey, we have had moments of encouragement and moments of deep disappointment. It is difficult for us to ask you to donate to help Adam Lewis but regrettably he needs financial assistance.

If you are so inclined please donate. Any amount will help. Rest assured that all monies raised will go directly to pay for all the bills and medical expenses associated with a diagnosis of cancer.
