Adam Lee Heimerman is a lifelong East Tennessean who has always put his friends, family, and community first. He has been arrested and charged with four counts of felony vandalism related to automated license plate reader cameras in Blount County and Maryville. Currently, Adam is being held on bonds totaling $40,000 and faces a potentially lengthy and expensive legal process.
