Adam and Jackie Garate are not just my friends—they're wonderful neighbors who have always been there for our community. On November 7, Adam was suddenly flown to UC Davis ICU, where he remains in critical care. The doctors expect him to be there for at least 12 weeks or more as he continues his long road to recovery. This has been an incredibly difficult and uncertain time for both Adam and Jackie, as they face each day with hope and determination.
The financial burden of extended hospital care, travel to and from the hospital, and all the unexpected expenses that come with a medical emergency are overwhelming. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the stress and allow Adam and Jackie to focus on what matters most—Adam’s healing and well-being. Your support will go directly toward medical bills, travel costs, and other essential needs during this challenging journey.
Jackie and Adam want to thank everyone for their donations, support, and prayers throughout this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to them, and together, we can help them get through this. Please consider sharing or donating if you’re able—every bit truly helps.
