Support Adam in his fight against Leukemia

Hello family, friends, and community.

Stand with Adam, 5-years old, in his fight against Leukemia.

The Cola and Toomey family recently received the unfortunate and heartbreaking news

that their son, Adam, has a fast and aggressively growing blood/bone marrow cancer.

Upon being sent home from kindergarten for suspected mumps, Adam was quickly

diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on March 26 th and began treatment the

very next day. In four short months, Adam has gone through multiple lumbar punctures,

bone marrow aspirations, blood transfusions, a platelet transfusion and numerous

treatments of chemotherapy.

Adam is without a doubt the strongest, most humorous, resilient little boy with the happiest

heart and most contagious smile! He has already proven what a true warrior he is, and

we are faithful that he will overcome his battle.

During their time of need, we are asking the community to come together to help

support this family. Adam, and his family, have a three-year treatment plan in front of

them to overcome his diagnosis and reach remission. The costs associated with Adam’s

treatment will be immense. In addition to the medical expenses, there are also many

living expenses that they will need to plan for in the three years ahead. While their

journey unquestionably feels intense and overwhelming, we want to be present to help

them feel loved, supported, and guided with positivity along the way.

This family is full of hopefulness, resiliency, and they are incredibly optimistic. Please

keep Adam, and his family, in your prayers as they navigate this road ahead together.
