This is my son, Adam Harrison. He is my youngest son of 3 boys. Twelve years ago he was diagnosed with a Kidney Disease that has now taken both of his kidneys and left him on a daily Dialysis machine.

He is in need of a kidney transplant at the young age of 40 which he just turned this past January.

Adam has a wife, Crystal, and a young daughter who need and love him very much as do the rest of his family.

The past 9 months have been very hard on this little family with another catastrophic hospitalization that has left them with large hospital bills. Adam has had a difficult time with attendance at his past jobs due to his illness and side effects. He is a very hard worker and would do anything he can to help out anyone who ask him.

Crystal is carrying a huge weight on her shoulders working many long hours every day and trying to raise her young daughter as well as take care of Adam. Her daughter helps out where she can but is too young to drive so she is limited to the things she can help with.

Adam will be out of work during his transplant and recovery time therefor we are trying to get a head start on the funding as it will cause a serious financial burden for his family. Giving them a financial security blanket would help allow them to focus on the most important thing which is getting Adam well. Update: Donations will be used for items that are needed daily such as gauze, tubing, tape and other disposable items that are used to hook up the dialysis machine to Adam nightly. He also had to purchase a sturdy table to set the machine on. There are several items we don't even think about that are costly. Even the gas to take him to Dallas when they call for him to go to the hospital for testing. This is a very expensive journey and your help is appreciated.
