Support Adam Beck's Fight Against Liver Disease

We are seeking financial help for my son who is dying of irreversible cirrhosis. Also we have added proof of diagnosis in the photos.

So, the day of my son's 1-year surgery anniversary and 200 pounds lost, he was at 1 1/2 months of not being able to eat solid food or smell it without vomiting, yet his stomach continued bloating for that 1 1/2 months. On the night of his 1-year anniversary, it was so bad he thought he was literally going to burst. At the ER, they did the basic rundown: bloodwork, urine sample, and a CT scan. Bloodwork showed his liver count at 20 and critical level vitamin deficiencies, and the urine sample and CT scan showed cirrhosis. So, they admitted him. Once he was in the room, they started him on morphine, saline, and potassium drips. After that, they took him for an ultrasound, which revealed 6 liters of fluid surrounding his liver. They then drained it off and shot him full of dilaudid. After that, a GI came in and told me his official diagnosis is non-alcoholic irreversible cirrhosis of the liver, and his weight loss surgery is what caused it. They set him up an appointment with the GI. Fast forward 2 weeks to last Wednesday at his appointment, he was told after bloodwork his liver count has gone up to 24 and is now considered urgent need. Two more appointments with them for colonoscopy and other precautionary tests, and they will help him pick a hospital. His best option is Baylor University, which has an amazing transplant record for lifespan and success rate. The hope is no more than 3 months waiting for an organ. The odds of his body accepting it is 75%. However, if neither of these happen, he only has until mid-October to live, and he will essentially be immobile because of pain level the last month.

So, I am setting this up in hopes of raising money for his medical expenses and bucket list, which consists of seeing the ocean and a guided fishing trip.

Any amount, whether a penny or a dollar, helps him, and if you can't donate, please pray and share this link.

On behalf of Adam Beck, we cannot thank you enough. Update: seen the GI today 4/23 no change in my liver count and I go in a few days to have excess fluids removed again and check if it has infection they think that's what is causing me to be in 24/7 pain. My creatine levels are dangerously high and my potassium is dangerously low I'll update again asap

I will continue to update his medical status here as we know more, and please, please at least share this link.

These donations also go for 14 days room for my mom and brother during my mandatory transplant recovery time we will be out of state

MAJOR UPDATE
I see the the doctor in Baylor week after next wich isn't all good it means my liver count went from 24 to 31 in two weeks so the trip to Baylor is listed as an urgent new patient setup we will be there 2 nights after that they hope to have me in for transplant in no more than 8 weeks. All donations and prayers help
