Let’s help send the Sasser Family to Colorado!

As many of you know Adaline Grace was born with a rare genetic condition called Phelan McDermid Syndrome. Adaline is missing part of Chromosome 22 which has led to an Intellectual Disability, Autism, Epilepsy, and many sensory seeking behaviors. Adaline receives medical care in Chapel Hill NC and Boston MA due to the severity of her needs. Adaline is 1 in 3,000 medically diagnosed with Phelan McDermid Syndrome. With many doctor and therapy appointments, we would like to take the burden off the Sasser family and help send them to Colorado next summer.

In July 2026, the Sasser family would like to attend the Phelan McDermid Worldwide conference in Aurora, Colorado. This would allow them to meet other families experiencing the same obstacles and challenges they do, speak with doctors, engage in support groups, and learn more about future trials to find a cure for Adaline.
