Support Aces Palliative Care for Cancer - My Sisters Doggo

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for help for my sister, Bessie, and her dog, Ace. Ace, an 8-year-old Australian Shepherd, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. After weighing the options, my sister has decided not to pursue intensive treatments that might extend his life for only a few more months. Instead, she’s chosen a palliative care approach, focused on keeping Ace comfortable and extending his life in a meaningful way while still maintaining his quality of life.

We’re hoping to raise $2,000 to support this non-invasive treatment plan. My sister has dedicated her life to caring for animals as a vet nurse and has always been the first to offer a helping hand. However, she’s not someone who easily accepts help herself—she’s even unaware that I’ve set up this GoFundMe. But I know that easing some of the financial strain would mean the world to her as she focuses on making Ace’s remaining time as joyful as possible.
