Abo was on the subway when he saw a woman being harassed by a group of drunk men. Without a second thought, he stepped in to protect her, putting his own life at risk.

In the chaos, he was stabbed, and in a twist of injustice, he was wrongfully detained instead of being recognized for his bravery. 

His injuries have put his career and livelihood on hold, and he’s facing an uphill battle with the long road to recovery.

We’re raising funds to help Abo with:

Medical expenses – hospital bills, surgeries, and essential treatment

Legal fees – to seek justice for the mistreatment he endured, after being wrongfully detained.

Rehabilitation and therapy – to help him heal physically and emotionally

Living support – so he can focus on getting better without financial stress
