Support Abigail's Journey After Loss and Betrayal

As many of you may know, there was another go fund me made when my daughter, Abigail, lost her father, Joseph Cardoso. He was transported to the hospital on April 23rd and sadly lost his life May 9th. A go fund me was created fairly quickly by Abigail’s father’s sister. A portion of donations was suppose to go towards Abigail. We personally feel like Abigail’s name was used in the original GFM for personal gain to the creator, her own aunt. So for nearly 2 months, Abigail began to feel some sort of relief in knowing of all the generous donations the GFM was getting and mail she received during such a heartbreaking time in a 16 year old girl’s life. Just to be pushed along and led on by her own aunt. We know Abigail will never see a dime out of that money but I hate to see how much pain this girl is going through physically but more importantly, mentally. She has lost so must trust in people and I fear this may have caused long term pain.

So for all of those who know me know I am not the one who takes joy in asking others for anything. But I do feel for Abigail right now. And I felt the need to make a Go Fund Me as Abigail’s mother who has raised her since birth. Who always has her best interests in mind.

So I appreciate any and all donations this will receive. This money will directly be going towards Abigail. She plans to use any thing donated towards her first car. The first car her father isn’t around to buy her. And if there is anything left over, Abigail will most definitely be saving it and I am sure it will go to something positive. Thank you to all!
