The Beard family has endured a tremendous amount of stress and uncertainty about what the future holds for their youngest daughter, Abigail. In early summer last year, Abby’s health deteriorated rapidly, and she has been hospitalized ever since. After numerous surgeries on her nerves, brain, and other areas directly affected by her illness, Abby remains in the hospital, fighting every day.

Throughout this ordeal, the Beard family has spent every minute by Abby’s side, refocusing their entire lives on the health and well-being of their precious daughter. Although Abby is making progress, there is still a long way to go. After nearly a year of time, savings, and insurance anxiety, their options are becoming limited, and the financial strain is growing.
