Support Abigael's Fight Against Lymphoma

For anyone who doesn’t know me, I am Abby’s Aunt. My brother and sister-in-law have been through so much this past year, I’m just hoping this will help take some stress away as they go through this difficult journey. For anyone who knows them, they are amazing people and give back to their community any chance they can, and now they need help from you!

On Friday, March 7, our family received devastating news. Our Abigael was diagnosed with stage 3 T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. On March 11, she had to be admitted to Golisano Children’s Hospital in Syracuse to start chemo treatments and is still there. It is unsure at this time when Abigael will be able to return home because she is at high risk for a thrombotic event and we live too far away.

She is currently at the Ronald McDonald House close to Golisano and goes to the cancer center for her appointments and her chemo treatments. At this point, they are expecting her treatments to take approximately 2 1/2 years to complete.

Since her admission, her mother Samantha has been with her and hasn’t left her side. Her father Jerrid has had to make trips from Carthage to Syracuse and home each day because they have two other children that are in school and have to be cared for at home. Neither parent has been able to work since Abigael was admitted. This has created a financial hardship for their family because neither parent has a check coming in right now. Although many people have been very generous (and all the support they have received is greatly appreciated)♥️, unfortunately, they are still in need of lots of help!
