Family and Friends, as many of you know, I do not generally use social media but I’m writing this on behalf of my brother in law, Abel, and I’m hoping you can find it in your hearts to donate, share, and pray for his full recovery.

On December 27th, Abel was involved in a motorcycle accident leaving him with broken ribs on his left side, a crack in his spine, and a punctured lung. As the days have gone on, he’s unfortunately digressed and we’ve now been told that he has blood in his lung and an air pocket that is requiring surgery this morning (January 1st). He’s already been to three facilities in less than a week and as you can imagine, this has been extremely difficult on my sister. I know she has medical insurance, but I do not know how great the coverage is. We all know how stressful something like this can be and I just want her to be able to focus on Abel’s recovery and staying strong for him.

I’ll post more updates as I get them, but please keep him and my sister in your thoughts and prayers.
