Support Abby's Dental Health Recovery

Hello,

My name is Abby. I am a 42-year-old mother of 2 and a Tennessee native. I have worked since I was 15 years old until recently due to health issues. I have always gone above and beyond to help others in need. Now that I’m in a position needing help, I don’t know where to turn. I recovered from sepsis 4 years ago, but it did a number on my mental, physical, and dental health.

November 29, 2024, I became extremely ill and have yet to get well. A dentist appointment on December 10 determined my issues are due to my teeth needing to be removed. The dentist told me I am in need of an oral surgeon, but without dental insurance, I would not even be able to afford a visit for consultation. I’m currently on a waiting list for emergency surgery, but they are unable to give me a time frame. I am not above any kind of work; I’m just not able to at this moment. I have a family and animals that depend on me and, of course, bills to pay.
