Now, she’s facing something no one expects, especially at just 37 years old. At the end of February, Abby was diagnosed with Stage 2, Grade 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. It came as a complete shock, with no family history and no warning. In just a matter of weeks, her life has been filled with appointments, difficult decisions, and the start of an intense treatment journey. She has already taken a brave first step with surgery to place her port and is now beginning chemotherapy, with six treatments ahead and many unknowns along the way.

Abby is someone who has always put others first, never hesitating to help friends, family, or anyone in need. Now, she needs our support more than ever.
