My name is Amy. Today, I am 32 and I’m raising money for my little sister Abby Ponder (20) who has been battling ovarian cancer for 3 years now. Abby has been hospitalized 4 different times since January for intestinal blockages due to tissue surrounding her intestines and an inflamed gallbladder. Each stint in the hospital has been a minimum of 5 days.

She is looking at surgery in July to remove the tissue around her intestines and her gallbladder. During this time, she has not been able to work much at all. My mom stays relentlessly by her side. These long stays in the hospital and all the different scans and procedures are piling up. Also, vending machine food and DoorDash are not cheap.

For my birthday, I would like to raise as much money as possible to help my family during this time when their focus should be on healing and not finances. All funds will be sent to my mom for all their needs. Thank you for all your support.
