Support Aaron's Battle Against Cancer

Hi everyone I’m Tiffany, Aaron Urban’s cousin.

Some of you may know, and some of you may not but Aaron has been recently diagnosed with testicular cancer just within the past two months…

Aaron is 21 years old who grew up in South Amherst, Ohio and graduated from Firelands in 2021. Aaron grew up with a baseball and a glove in his hand. The moment he could pick up a bat and pitch a baseball we ALL knew he had a natural born talent to play. Aaron played alongside his big brother, Austin Urban all throughout the years. Aaron played for Firelands throughout grade school as well as travel baseball for the WarHawks until he graduated!

Aaron is such a fun, loving, hard working, and independent young man who has a smile guaranteed to brighten your day!

Aaron just recently purchased his FIRST home with his amazing girlfriend Rylee of five years at the beginning of this year. He closed on the house on a Wednesday, and the very next day he received the news that turned his world upside down. Aaron works full time as a car salesman at Nick Abraham in Elyria. He has achieved amazing goals at such a young age! Rylee recently just graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2023 with her Bachelor’s in Business Marketing. We are all SO beyond proud of the milestones, goals, and achievements they both have accomplished at such a young age!

What started off as just a visit to the doctor turned very quickly into multiple doctors, at a very fast pace. After dreaded confirmation that this was cancer, Aaron began exploring his treatment options quickly.

Aaron has undergone surgery already to have a large tumor removed and has recovered pretty well. Unfortunately,

he does have to have multiple treatments of chemotherapy and at this time he does not have a timeframe of how long, or how many..

Aaron is already bringing in medical bills in amounts some of us may never see in a lifetime, along side with paying out of pocket for preserving his sperm in hopes of having a family with Rylee someday.

He has had to miss countless hours of work due to surgery, and doctors appointments. He now is taking a leave of absence for treatment, and will be out of work for quite some time while he goes through this process.

Aaron and Rylee alongside with their amazing parents, siblings, family and friends have all remained in hopeful amazing spirits while Aaron kicks cancers ass!

-Aaron, we just want you to know how strong your army is standing alongside of you while you are fighting this battle! We love you and we are all here for you!

Aaron is beyond grateful for anyone who is willing to help during this unprecedented difficult time. With his health and healing being the main focus right now, he has to be very careful remaining healthy, and strong during Chemo treatments. His immune system is not as strong as it typically is so unfortunately he is very limited with visiting friends and loved ones. While this is only temporary, PLEASE keep Aaron and Rylee in your thoughts and prayers! If you are able to donate anything, we are all beyond grateful.
