"Hi! I’m Berfin, a young writer and aspiring screenwriter from Turkey. I’ve recently been accepted into Can Serrat, an international writing residency in Spain, with my comedy TV series project.

This is truly a dream come true, a chance to finally focus on my script and be part of an inspiring artistic community.

However, the program fee (€998.70) and travel costs (€300-400) are incredibly difficult to afford due to the harsh currency exchange between the Turkish lira and the euro.

I’m fundraising €1400 to cover all the necessary costs (residency, travel, basic expenses), and any contribution — no matter how small — will help me get one step closer to realizing this dream.
