Support a Young Son's Full Recovery

My dear friend's son was hit by a car with major head injuries. After about 2 weeks of being sedated in a private hospital, the swelling went down and he's waking up. Thankfully, his brain waves show he will make a full recovery.

My friend lives in an impoverished third-world country that doesn't offer health insurance. She needs help paying the hospital bill. She's a single mom of 6 kids with only her elderly mother-in-law to help her because her husband was killed about 2 years ago.

I have known this family for about a year now and helped them with the basics (food and water), but I cannot afford the whole hospital bill.
