A young family’s life changed overnight.

We are reaching out on behalf of a dear young family navigating an unimaginable season of hardship. This loving family of four has been deeply impacted by a recent and unexpected medical diagnosis that has turned their world upside down.

The father—husband, provider, and devoted dad—has just been diagnosed with a brain tumor. He must be medically flown from Rapid City, SD, to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for urgent specialized surgery and treatment. This sudden crisis has left the family in shock, with little time to plan and no safety net to fall back on.

His wife, a full-time stay-at-home mom who homeschools their two children, will need to travel with him, leaving their home behind and facing an uncertain future—far from family and support.

With no income during this time, this one-income family is facing a crushing financial burden.

This is a family who gives so much and asks for little. In this moment, they need their community—friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers—to surround them with love and practical support.
