Support a Waiter Struggling After Car Scam

I'm generally a very self-reliant person and stay very positive when life throws me obstacles, but I finally have to put pride aside and ask for help.

I was recently scammed when using the $3000 I had saved to buy a car. I was informed that the car was very reliable, but found out otherwise. After 3 days, the engine completely failed!

I have no savings, work as a waiter, and have some health issues that limit how much I can work. I wouldn't ask, but I need help! Thank you in advance to anyone who can!
