Support a Veteran's Service Dog Adoption

Hello, my name is Mona. I’m a USArmy Veteran with 100% disabilities in need of a medical support animal. I am seeking financial help for the adoption process of a rescued dog to help me with medical issues.
I placed a required non- refundable deposit to a very reputable nonprofit rescue organization for the purpose of securing my place for the adoption.
To my surprise, shortly after my request for assistance to both Nebraska and Iowa VA Pet Programs and placing a deposit, my application was denied. The location and the pets age are the two main contributing factors for the denial. Had I known or even been made aware or informed beforehand that these factors would or could effect my ability to receive assistance I would not have moved forward with the adoption process. I’m so depressed and frustrated with the thought that I may not get my pet, a VA pet programs designed to help veterans like myself in need of a service has left me feeling hopeless .
I am required to have the remaining balance for the adoption process or I will lose the animal I have bonded with and my deposit.
I am reaching out and asking all those who are willing, able and understand the importance of having every day assistance to Please find it within your hearts to help. I need him and he needs me….
