Support a Veteran's Recovery from Car Accident

I am retired and live off SS. My car was hit by a deer last month and I cannot afford the deductible, the 2 car payments I need to facilitate a different vehicle through the loaner, and my housing costs doubling within the last year. I am a veteran and spent 45 years in healthcare. Under normal circumstances, I would work my way out of this mess, but have health issues on top of everything else.
