My parents are trying to open a restaurant here in San Antonio, Texas. They just found out that their contractor was delaying progress and stealing all at the same time. They desperately need the funding to fix and complete everything outstanding. The name of the business is Ginger’s Bistro, and you can google them to view the legitimacy of who they are and what they are trying to do.

My dad is a 100% disabled veteran of the military with a 100% combat related disability. This restaurant is going to be a testament to his family who have served as first responders or in the military. (Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Fire, and Medical) They are in the process of suing their contractor which could take upwards of two months. They need to get open quicker than that otherwise they can lose their entire investment.

They have worked so hard to put together a welcoming and amazing restaurant. I have even seen and helped them work on building the restaurant. Please help to support a local family owned restaurant bring a new scene to San Antonio.
