My name is Ben. My great friend of over 30 years, husband and father of two young girls, and a decorated Air Force veteran has a desperate need for funds as we've recently learned that his service-connected lung impairment will now require a double transplant. Even after his successful transplant, God willing, he will be recovering and unable to work for up to 6 months or more. It is our desire to provide for many of the unanticipated expenses including family hotel stays, meals, unexpected bills and partial income replacement for the time necessary. Life and expenses will continue on, as we all know. More importantly, we desire mental peace for his family so they can spend their time in prayer and support, and less on worrying about financial implications.
