My name is Scott Valentine and I am 67 years old. I am a veteran and until a few weeks ago, worked full time at Summit Flooring. I was just diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, emphysema, and COPD. I am no longer able to work and need help with expenses and food. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need help to be able to stay home while trying to beat this cancer.
