Help a Veteran Battling Bladder Cancer Stay Afloat
I never expected a quick stop by McDonald’s to turn into something like this.
I met a man on the side of the road who shared his story with me, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about him since.
He is a veteran who proudly served his country and spent years working at Kroger to support his family. Recently, he was diagnosed with bladder cancer, and his life has been turned upside down. Because of his illness, he’s unable to work and has no steady income coming in.
On top of that, he made the selfless decision to use his savings to help his son get into rehab—putting his family first, even while facing his own battle.
Now, he’s falling behind on basic bills and struggling just to get by day to day.
No one who has served our country and worked hard their whole life should have to face something like this alone.
I’m starting this fundraiser to help him cover:
• Rent and utilities
• Food and daily essentials
• Medical-related expenses
• Basic stability during treatment
Anything you can give will make a real difference. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this to help spread the word.
Let’s come together and support someone who truly needs it right now.
Thank you ❤️
