My roommate destroyed my property.

I am a transgender army veteran that was forced to retire due to my identity and a friend offered to let me room in her home while I got pension and disability sorted out. I knew she had some mental health needs but I thought she was managing them with her Dr. After an incident where I was accidentally locked out I knocked loudly to let her know I needed her to let me in. She became very angry and later decided to evict me while assuring me that id have time to find a new residence. She became so erratic that I didn't feel safe so I left for the night and when I returned in the morning I found that all my property was outside in the rain and most of it was broken. I am not homeless, but am seeking help to raise funds to replace my lost property.
