Support a Tribute to Jim Deacon's Memory

My name is Ray Gomez.

I'm one of Jim Deacon's many friends and i'm asking for donations for a memorial plaque to be placed in Anzaldi Park,Clifton,NJ so that all of us can go and remember him. The significance of the place,is that it was once known by its nickname "Hole In The Fence",an empty and overgrown lot formerly known as Athenia Steel,where all of us would hang out on many a night,a place where I first met Jim. Since Jim has no grave,and there was no funeral at his passing,I believe this is the best all of us,his friends can do to pay tribute to him,and remember the true friend he was,to all of us.

So please if you can help us raise this small amount of money,so we can purchase this plaque to be placed on a bench that sits right in front of what's left of that special place.
