Hi, my name is Aram Ilay (they/them). I’m a nonbinary activist from Turkey and I’m currently on my transition journey. I’m also a medical student and do not receive any financial support from neither my family or government. I’m trying to maintain my education, my activism, a part time job and survive at the same time. My university scholarship was cut off many times by government because of the queer feminist protests I participated in.
