Support A. Torres' Eye Surgery Costs

My name is A. Torres and I suffer from a condition called carotid comas Where as a result the walls of my eyes are losing their shape and my vision is becoming more and more distorted over time. As a result I need $1000 to cover co-pays for two eye surgeries. Normally I wouldn't be this keen to ask for help at this point but as a result of getting Medicare from the state due to my various disabilities I now have to pay a premium out of my Social Security disability which hurts my ability to pay the CO pays to begin with.
