Hi, I’m Rachel Rivera, and I’m one of the passionate fosters at A Tail in Need. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible spirit and resilience of the cats and kittens we rescue, and I’ve dedicated my time to giving them the love and care they deserve.

Recently, I helped bring in a group of tiny, helpless kittens who have already faced so much hardship. Many of them are battling serious health issues like FIP, and they require ongoing medical care, attention, and a lot of love. These little souls have known fear and suffering, but despite everything, they still cling to hope for a better life.

Right now, our rescue is in a dire situation. We are $20,000 in the hole just to cover the medical expenses and basic needs of these vulnerable cats. We want to give them the chance to heal, grow, and find loving homes — but we can’t do it alone.
