Support a Student's Education in Malaysia

Helping a friend with his college funds! He lives in and go to a university in Malaysia for Foundations in Communication, and has to pay 450 USD for his next semester's fees due to underwhelming performance in his last finals. His family only earns about 500 bucks a month, and he earns no less than 100 himself with his part time job, so your help would be appreciated.

450 USD might not sound like much to some, but in Malaysia it's very, very expensive, especially for the B40 (Bottom 40%) family.

Surplus of the money (if we reached the goal) will go to his savings for his degree education fee, to make his life easier. Any help is appreciated! ^^
