Help us raise funds for a Southern Oregon University Senior Capstone Documentary!

Co-directors Riley Carter and Sierra Garrett are pleased to announce their work on Universal Language: An Anthology of Sustainable Community. With stories of resilience and community in Oregon, this documentary short film will feature those who use art, music, dance, storytelling, and community engagement to promote sustainability and drive action on various levels.

Featured works will be split into three sections: “The Land,” “The Sea,” and “You and Me.” The first two sections will highlight work inspired by or using materials from those specific themes, with the final section centering on community-oriented action.

We hope to reach our goal of $5,000 to cover over two months worth of costs such as transportation, lodging, and food for our 8-person crew.
