On July 17, 2025, our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Roger Dixon, passed away suddenly from a cerebral hemorrhage. His loss is felt deeply by all who knew him, but his legacy of integrity, leadership, and lifelong learning lives on.

Throughout his life, Dad dedicated himself to empowering young people. Whether through his decades of service in the Boy Scouts, his work as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, or the wisdom and encouragement he shared with his grandsons, he remained committed to nurturing the growth and potential of others.

In honor of his generous spirit and unwavering belief in the power of education, our family would like to establish a memorial scholarship in his name. This scholarship will support a local high school student in need, helping him or her pursue higher education and a brighter future.
