Hello! My name is Lily and a friend of mine (who I will keep anonymous for now) is struggling to pay rent. She is a single mother of two, one child has special needs. She is underemployed in the summer as her work aligns with the school year, so she is struggling to pay some of July rent and August rent.

We called all the local agencies in town (211, United Way, Catholic Charities) and were told there is no funding at all (related to Federal Govt cuts) or for this type of situation (i.e., you have to get an eviction notice to get help). She has gone to bat for me and so I want to help her out! Please donate if you feel called. Thanks!
