Dear Steck Community,

We are reaching out to ask for your generosity and support for a family in our school community who is facing an incredibly difficult time. Maryam, a single mother, along with her seven children—including a newborn—are struggling to make ends meet. Three of her children attend school at Steck. The family has been overwhelmed by the love and support they have received this year from our school. The kids are thriving with new friends and teachers and feel very connected here!

They are currently unable to cover basic needs like rent and groceries, and as a community, we have an opportunity to come together to help them through this challenging period.

Your contributions will go directly to providing them with food, clothing, and essential items, as well as covering their rent for the next few months, so they can focus on rebuilding and establishing sustainable income.
