Dear friends,

On April 27th, as she was on her way home, Yenni Muneton was involved in a terrible car accident. Yenni suffered severe injuries that resulted in the amputation of her right hand, extensive permanent damage to the left side of her face, eye, lip, and the loss of her front teeth. After many surgeries and over a month long stay at the hospital, we are happy to report that Yenni is now home with her young children. However, Yenni continues to be bedridden and has a long road to recovery.

Yenni has always had an incredible fighting spirit and she has certainly demonstrated this as she perseveres against all odds. She is an inspiration to us all as she remains strong and optimistic despite the challenges she continues to face. As a young single mother Yenni is doing all that she can to provide for her children during this difficult time, but she is unable to work.

This GoFundMe has been started by her family to alleviate some of the financial stress Yenni is encountering as well as to help her receive the medical care she needs. Please consider donating to support in her long-term recovery and to help her provide for her children. She is in need of physical therapy, a prosthetic hand, replacement of several teeth and facial reconstructive surgery.
