Support a Single Mom Escaping Violence

I want to start by saying i understand that a lot of people are going through things and I’m new to this I have never thought to do anything like this but we all are human and sometimes need help I am putting what pride I have aside for my daughter I have been too myself spending and showing my daughter love and raise her. I’m a new first-time single mom leaving a domestic violence situation that also involved my daughter. The control this person had on me cause me to fear for my life. The father of my child has not helped me with our daughter assaulted me tear me down at any chance he had. I am trying to gain my strength back for my daughter I never want her to witness this or think it’s ok to accept. She is 1 and already seen too much. I’m asking for this emergency help for me and my daughter for a lawyer and living expenses. This has caused me to lose my job, and my ex-partner and his family have broken into my home, stolen from me ,assaulted me , and traumatized my daughter.

I have to continuously fight in court and this is causing so much stress and hurt to me and my daughter. I just want to protect my daughter and give her the best. I have fallen on hard times and I need help to get back on my feet and not allow this to defeat me. Being strong was leaving and it’s harder than anyone can ever imagine, but I want to be an example for my daughter and not put her through this anymore. These funds will be used for my lawyer and I rebuild me as a survivor of domestic violence while I fought postpartum. It was really hard for me to ask for help but the overwhelming stress and build up of everything has made me realize we are all human and sometimes we need help and it’s ok. And if someone who is going through stay strong I am trying my best to for my daughter.
