There are current delays affecting work authorization renewals that have temporarily paused my ability to work.
I have consistently supported myself and my household and I am currently in a temporary gap in my DACA renewal process. During this time, I am not authorized to work and I do not qualify for unemployment benefits.
I am a single mother of three and I am responsible for rent and utilities while I wait for my renewal to process.
