Hi, my name is Krista, and I'm raising funds alongside my friend Jessica for her brother John, who has been bravely battling diabetes and now Stage 4 kidney failure. At just 45 years old, John's health has rapidly declined since the beginning of this year. His vision has deteriorated to the point where he can no longer drive to work, and he's undergoing surgery on both eyes in hopes of restoring some sight. John is currently on dialysis three times a week and urgently needs both a kidney and a pancreas transplant. He's a single father to Logan, age 14, who is John's entire world. Despite his strength and determination, John hasn't been able to work since January, and now he's facing eviction with just 5 days to find a solution. We're asking for help to cover his basic living expenses until his disability benefits begin.
