Hello everyone, for my birthday this year, I have a request: please help me fundraise for a Silent Retreat with the Carmelite Sisters of the Sacred Heart in SoCal.

Truthfully last year was a challenge and I found that it has been difficult to find a space to pray, discern, and recharge. Plus, life has moved so quickly that I can’t seem to catch my breath despite carrying two inhalers.

While I love the Bay Area, and the ministries I serve right now, I find it so difficult to find a place to retreat because Brianne and I have the privilege of serving in multiple diocese.
