Hello and thank you for visiting! I take care of three feral cat colonies and I'm struggling to provide food and necessities for these poor and helpless babies that desperately need me. Just an animal lover with a BIG heart. I wish that I could help every feral cat and needy animal I encounter and provide food and shelter them. So many that are suffering and need help. Currently also need donations for bloodwork for a kitty that has kidney problems.

Feral cats live a very distressed life and most of them suffer from hunger, illnesses, infections, abuse and a lot of pain. I make sure all the cats I care for are spayed and neutered so they don't multiply. I take time to feed them everyday and make sure they’re okay. It's time consuming and a lot of work to do what I do but I’m all they have and I can't just abandon them. Besides, many aren’t healthy enough to hunt and fend for themselves. Sometimes I do encounter little kittens that I try to find homes for, which is why I have five that live with me, that I couldn't find homes for. I am overwhelmed by the cost of food, meds and vet visits these cats require. Along with the colonies I feed, you can imagine how much cat food I need to feed all of them. I’m not rich, just an ordinary person trying to survive and just can’t afford to take care of them all alone.

I know some people don’t believe we should feed feral cats; I don’t agree with that. It's very hard on them to go hunt for food every night, especially when most of them are dealing with some kind of health issue and all the harsh outdoor elements. On their quest to find food, many get hit by cars, attacked by other animals, and abused by cruel people who want to target shoot or just simply run them over!!! So please, if you are blessed and able to donate, feel free to give to my noble cause and help these brave and resilient nomads that we share land with.

My future goal/dream is to provide an animal sanctuary for all the cats I care for and any helpless animals I encounter, no matter what they are; no one deserves to suffer. But right now, I just really need help with providing food, flea meds, and other necessities for their sustainability. I just picked a generic dollar amount to raise but please understand the cost for their care is consistent and endless. I wish I didn’t have to ration the food every time I feed them, I never have enough. Wish I could just feed them without having to worry about running out.. that’s where you come in.. In case you want to know.. Just a little background history about myself.. I lost both of my parents to domestic violence together when I was nineteen years old, where my father shot and killed my mom and then turned the gun on himself in front of me and my seven year old sister. I had a very challenged and distressed childhood that was saturated with dysfunctional family dynamics and major violence. After losing my parents, I had to help raise my little sister and my brother's two kids while he was incarcerated and their mother was suffering from drug addictions. I have to say, it seems like my life has been one huge struggle and I had to endure a lot of pain but I learned to be my own hero and rise above the negativity to be the best person I can be, which I am very proud of. I didn't give myself any other choice, I had kids to raise. Although my life has been pretty chaotic, I did manage to obtain a BA in psychology and graduate with a 3.98 GPA, also proud of. I want to do great things and if I was blessed with financial abundance, I would help as many needy animals and homeless people as I can. I just can’t stand to see anyone suffer.
