Hello everyone and thank you for checking out my fundraiser.

I am a single mom of 3 children, two of whom are autistic and have ADHD. I have a 7-year-old boy (severe ADHD and autism) a 10-year-old girl, and a 17-year-old boy (social autism and ADHD).

We need to move and have found the PERFECT home (we have been approved) that is safe for my 7-year-old (who escapes and wanders).

And this is where you all come in. We NEED your help to come up with the first month's rent in order for us to move out of the home that we have been in for almost 11 years. This home has single-pane windows, is on a super busy street (with an eloping 7-year-old, this is extremely dangerous), the house has not been updated once in almost 11 years, the electricity bills are outrageous because of the lack of weatherproofing and single-pane windows, the AC unit is extremely old, the electrical needs to be fixed (plugs spark and the AC unit is plugged into the dryer outlet so it doesn’t blow the breaker), there is not enough space (my 7-year-old boy shares a room with my pre-teen 10-year-old girl), there is only 1 bathroom for the 4 of us (it’s a fight every single day), and we just need to get out of here.

The only issue is that we are in a time crunch so that we do not lose this amazing opportunity for a beautiful home that is across the street from a school that my younger two can attend. The street is not busy and crazy (we currently live on a very busy main street that has constant traffic and severe speeding issues). There are enough bedrooms for all of us to have our own space and privacy, there are plenty of bathrooms, double-pane windows, a new AC unit and water heater, brand new floors, brand new everything in the kitchen, washer, dryer, and refrigerator provided.

Anyone that knows us knows that my kiddos and I deserve this move. Everything that I do as a single parent is for my children, and I just want to give them a safe, stable, and great home.

Any and every single bit of help is sincerely appreciated more than you know, and from the bottom of my entire heart, thank you for caring about my kiddos like I do!

Update: My brother and his partner so graciously has covered our deposit, but anything helps towards paying back some or all of that, and we need to come up with the prorated rent as soon as possible!
