Hello Everyone,

Some of you know me, but some of you might not. I’m a licensed medical massage therapist. Massage therapy is my passion, I love being able to help people (something I’ve wanted to do since I was a very young girl) heal, and enhance their quality of life through positive touch and a unique and specifically catered treatment for each individual that I work with.

I’ve worked with many types of people over the years from the girl next door, to your mailman, your dog with cancer, your doctor, your boss, your favorite musician, your favorite actor, your favorite athlete, your sister, your nephew, your teacher… I could go on and on but the one thing they all have in common is that they come to me to take away their pain, and I do just that with all my love and careful consideration.

The one thing in life that we can’t ever get back, is time! When is the last time a stranger dedicated even 5 min of their life to your well being or making you feel like a better version of yourself in such an instantly gratifying manner? Well this stranger (me) does that for 30-120 minutes at a time. It makes me so happy to give so much of my life to care for others.

I’m here in hopes that some of you might see the good in what I do, and would be willing to help me keep doing it. It’s been a rocky road financially the past 18 months due to finally leaving a wellness center as an employee and opening my own small business. It’s not easy starting over from scratch and building your own client base. Over the last 18 months I’ve lost a lot of things I worked really hard for as a single mother… most importantly my home! I’m not here to ask for money to get a new home though, I’m here to ask for your help with promotional costs.

In order to get my name out there amongst the masses it’s not cheap, but the cheapest way is by mail, and just to send out mailers through the post office (the only legal way) to everyone in my small town in Ohio it costs nearly $10,000. When I reduced my coverage area to routes that were considered to be above poverty (which broke my heart because those with lower income deserve care too) it was still going to cost me almost $5,000.

Since I found that out it’s been a vicious cycle of not being able to afford promoting my small business without the funds, but I can’t get the funds without promoting!

Trust me, I’ve tried everything… running sales, passing out my card to anyone I come in contact with, social media (attracts attention someone as legitimate as myself, doesn’t want to attract), free chair massage at local health fairs and employee appreciate events. And yes before you say “just get a second job” I have tried, I’ve applied for dozens of jobs and none of them have allowed me to work around the availability I must give to my clients that are dedicated regulars for their care. It would be like if you needed to go see your family doctor because you’re ill but they don’t have any appointments available because they can only work 3 days a week and aren’t available to see you, and then you go into McDonalds and see your doctor behind the counter and you say “why are you here? I need to make an appointment with you but you have no availability.” and they say “Well as much as I’d like to be there for you, I don’t have enough patients to make ends meet.” You wouldn’t take them seriously after that, you’d think they were a mockery. That’s not me! I have hundreds of 5 star reviews and my regulars have been coming to see me once a month if not more a for the last 7 years!
