Hello. In 2023 I was in a car accident. It has taken doctors over two years to figure out what is wrong with me. I have to have surgery to decompress my brain stem to allow the spinal fluid to flow properly. Some of the symptoms Iexperience are tremors in my hands, memory loss, fatigue, pain all of the time, and migraines. I am only able to work 20 hours a week. I will not be able to work and support my kids. I don't ask for help often, but I need it. During this journey, I have also been diagnosed with PTSD, depression, and severe anxiety. The worst part of it all is my youngest child was in the car with me. He was 3 at the time and I was 30, almost 31. Life has been very difficult the last 2 years. Please help if you can. Even the smallest amount will make a difference. Thank you.

Update: My surgery is scheduled for August 25, 2025. I will be out of work for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks.
