My passion for amplifying underrepresented voices has only grown as I’ve come to deeply understand the critical role that policy and advocacy play at every level of health. That’s why I’m setting my sights on a bold goal: to run for public office within the next five years!

With over 5 million nurses in the U.S.—the largest healthcare profession—we bring invaluable insight and compassion to the table. Yet, very few of us serve in elected positions, from local school boards to Congress. It’s time to change that.

To take the next step in my journey, I’m raising $2,000 to attend an upcoming campaign training in Durham, NC. This will cover the cost of tuition, lodging, and transportation.
