My name is Stephanie, and I'm a mother of 4 who has been a nurse for 20 years. In 2023, I was diagnosed with a rare disease called Achalasia that took away my ability to eat, and then in 2024, they found cancer on my thyroid and throat. I have had numerous surgeries already and spent almost all of 2024 in the hospital.

Now, I'm needing my stomach, esophagus, thyroid, and 2 tumors removed. I haven't worked in 2 years and am looking towards at least another year of transplants and tube feedings, if I ever get to go back. We have exhausted our savings, are fighting for state help, and I'm a year into trying to fight for disability.

Anything helps. We've already had the car repossessed and are fighting every single day to keep a roof over my babies' heads.
